Applications for the license required by § 112.01 shall be addressed to the Board of Public Works and Safety and filed at the office of the City Clerk-Treasurer. Such applications shall recite the name of the owner of each vehicle, the name or names of persons who will operate the vehicles, including the age and address of each operator, a full description of the vehicle to be used in such business, and a full description of the ice cream, candy, soft drink beverages, and other confectionaries that will be sold or offered for sale.
