(A) Penalties for violations of the regulations as set forth in the contracts authorized by § 98.01 shall be as follows:
(1) Any unauthorized vehicle using the parking area after the posted closing hours, shall be deemed in violation of the regulations and the operator or the owner shall be assessed a fine of not less than $30 and not more than $100.
(2) Any vehicle failing to obey the posted speed limit or traffic signs shall be deemed in violation of the regulations of the contract and the operator or the owner shall be fined not less than $50 and not more than $l,000.
(3) Any large commercial truck or semi-truck parking in prohibited areas shall be deemed in violation of the regulations of the contract and the operator or the owner shall be fined not less than $25 and not more than $500.
(4) Any vehicle parking in the designated fire lane shall be deemed in violation of the regulations of the contract and the operator or the owner shall be fined not less than $25 and not more than $500.

(B) Any person found violating any provision of § 98.02 shall be fined in an amount up to $l,000.
