§ 98.02 RESTRICTIONS ON ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES.
   It shall be unlawful to sell, dispense, consume, or have any opened container containing any alcoholic beverage of any type in or on the certain shopping center parking lots located in the city where a written contract has been entered into between the owners of those lots and the city pursuant to IC 9-21-18-4.
