(A) No truck, trailer, or semitrailer transporting flammable liquids, explosives, or other combustible materials, shall be permitted to park on any street, alley or public highway within the corporate limits of the city except in extreme emergency to make emergency repairs, and such emergency stops as may be necessary during transit, and for regular unloading operations.
(B) No truck, trailer, or semitrailer transporting flammable liquids, explosives or other combustible materials shall be permitted to park on private property within the residential district or in the high value districts of the corporate limits of the city.
