As a part of the proclamation provided for in § 91.02, a general curfew may be ordered prohibiting any person from walking, running, loitering, standing, or motoring in any place in the whole or in such part of the city as may be defined in the proclamation.The curfew shall be applicable during such hours of the day or night as the Mayor deems necessary in the interest of the public health, safety, and welfare.
