§ 90.10 KENNELS, FARM ANIMALS; ZONING REQUIREMENTS.
   (A)   No one shall raise animals or fowl for sale within the city limits nor keep for profit any kennel for the boarding of animals unless the animals are raised, sold, or boarded on property properly zoned for such purpose.

   (B)   Farm animals, which shall include but not be limited to horses, cattle, swine, sheep, goats, ducks, geese, chickens, roosters, turkeys and rabbits shall not be permitted in the city except as follows:
      (1)   Farm animals shall be prohibited except rabbits which are permitted as follows:
         (a)   No more than four rabbits per dwelling lot and that the rabbits be housed in a rabbit hutch.
         (b)   The rabbit hutch shall be located in the rear yard only.
         (c)   The rabbit hutch must be at least 20 feet from any adjacent property line measured as the shortest distance from the exterior wall of the rabbit hutch to the adjacent property line.
         (d)   The rabbit hutch shall not exceed 15 square feet in size.
