§ 72.09 MANNER OF PARKING.
   (A)   Every vehicle which is stopped or parked upon a street or roadway shall be so stopped or parked with the right-hand wheels of the vehicle parallel with and within 12 inches of the right-hand curb of the street, or the edge of the pavement where no curb exists, except as specified in divisions (B) and (C) below.
   (B)   The regulation specified in division (A) above shall be in full force and effect, except on designated one-way streets within the city where parking is permitted on both sides of the street.
   (C)   The regulation specified in division (A) above shall be in full force and effect, except on a one-way street where there is no parking permitted on the right-hand side curb.
   (D)   No motor vehicles shall be permitted to stop or park upon that area of the street or right-of-way which is located between the street and curb and the sidewalk, or in any manner park upon a sidewalk in the city.
