§ 50.239 ALTERNATIVE COMPENSATORY ACTION.
   In lieu of enforcement proceedings, penalties, and remedies authorized by this subchapter, the city may impose upon a violator alternative compensatory action, such as storm drain stenciling, attendance at compliance workshops, creek cleanup, etc.
