§ 50.099 REPORTS OF CHANGED CONDITIONS.
   Each user must notify the Superintendent of any planned significant changes to the user's operations or system which might alter the nature, quality, or volume of its wastewater at least 90 days before the change.
   (A)   The Superintendent may require the user to submit such information as may be deemed necessary to evaluate the changed condition, including the submission of a wastewater discharge permit application under § 50.064 of this chapter.
   (B)   The Superintendent may issue a wastewater discharge permit under § 50.066 of this chapter or modify an existing wastewater discharge permit under § 50.078 of this chapter in response to changed conditions or anticipated changed conditions.
   (C)   For purposes of this requirement, planned significant changes include, but are not limited to:
      (1)   Expansion or addition of wastewater generating production lines or processes;
      (2)   Temporary increases of 20% or greater based on the previous year's highest monthly flow;
      (3)   Annual average flow increases of 20% or greater based on the annual average flow;
      (4)   The discharge of any previously unreported pollutants.
