§ 37.02 DESIGNATION OF PRECINCTS.
   (A)   District 1 for the city shall consist of Precinct 1 and Precinct 2.
   (B)   District 2 shall consist of Precinct 3 and Precinct 4.
   (C)   District 3 shall consist of Precinct 5 and Precinct 6.
   (D)   District 4 shall consist of Precinct 7 and Precinct 8.
   (E)   Each district enumerated above shall consist of the area established by the precinct lines as indicated on Exhibits 1 through 8 attached to Ordinance No. 2003-3, consistent with the new precinct lines being ordained and adopted herein.
