§ 36.132 SMOKING.
   (A)   In keeping with the city’s intent to provide a safe and healthful work environment for city employees and citizens, the city has instituted a tobacco free workplace. This policy prohibits smoking within eight feet of city facilities and vehicles.
   (B)   This policy applies equally to all employees, citizens, and visitors and signs are posted in city facilities.
