§ 36.131 BLOODBORNE PATHOGENS.
   (A)   Employees working in high risk jobs will be offered bloodborne pathogen training and a series of Hepatitis B vaccinations for their protection. The city will provide this service free of charge for those employees wishing to participate in this program.
   (B)   The Occupational Safety and Health Administration has determined that certain employees in the workplace face a significant risk to bloodborne pathogens due to their job duties.
