(A) City employees are not required to participate, financially or otherwise, in any political campaign or party activity. This policy includes any threats or coercion by department heads or political party officials.
(B) City facilities shall not be used to display campaign signs or literature. City owned equipment shall not be used to generate, copy, or reproduce campaign materials. City vehicles shall not be used to distribute campaign materials. City telephones or facsimile machines shall not be used for campaign purposes.
