(A) The city has adopted the Factor Evaluation System (FES) of job classification for all city jobs. It is regularly monitored and revised to reflect changes in job duties as they occur.
(B) All city positions, except those of elected officials are systematically grouped into job classes based on their fundamental similarities.
(C) The classifications are as follows:
(1) (COMOT) Computer/Office Machine Operation/Technician;
(2) (POLE) Protective Occupations and Law Enforcement;
(3) (LTC) Labor, Trades, and Crafts;
(4) (PAT) Professional/Administrative/Technological.
