(A) Applicants who receive a conditional offer of employment are not employees of the city unless they receive an official offer of employment.
(B) The offer of employment will outline:
(1) Position/department;
(2) Employment status;
(3) Work schedule;
(4) Pay rate;
(5) Probationary period;
(6) FLSA status;
(7) Benefits eligibility; and
(8) Required position certifications.
(C) The offer of employment is contingent on satisfactory proof of permission to work in this country, and the receipt of satisfactory references.
(D) The offer of employment shall be signed by the applicant and authorized official and submitted to the Clerk-Treasurer before the applicant is considered an employee of the city. The offer of employment form will be maintained in the Clerk-Treasurer’s office.
