(A) The City of Greensburg prohibits, forbids, and does not tolerate discrimination on the basis of race, color, gender, national origin, religion, age, veteran status, sexual orientation or gender identity, disability, or any other protected classification in employment or the provision of services.
(B) All position notices, postings, advertisements, and recruiting literature shall contain the phrase “An Equal Opportunity Employer.”
(C) This policy applies to all terms, conditions, and privileges of employment, including hiring, probation, training, promotion, transfer, compensation, benefits, assistance, layoff, recall, employee facilities, discharge, and retirement.
