(A) The City of Greensburg Board of Works and Safety facilitates the implementation of the policies and procedures herein established. They shall meet as deemed necessary to review the application of city personnel policies, such as monitoring personnel policies and procedures and making revisions, additions and deletions as deemed necessary.
(B) Department heads have responsibility for the day-to-day supervision and operation of their respective departments as prescribed by statue.
