§ 34.17 COMPENSATION.
   (A)   Each reserve officer shall receive a uniform allowance as provided by the budgetary authority for the city.
   (B)   All reserve officers shall be entitled to compensation for any time lost firm other employment because of court appearances, which compensation shall be designated in the Department's Rules and Regulations and approved by the City Council through its budgetary authority.
