§ 34.16 APPOINTMENT OF POLICE RESERVE OFFICERS.
   (A)   The police reserves shall be appointed by a majority vote of the Board of Public Works and Safety for the city.
   (B)   The reserve officers division shall consist of at least six persons.
   (C)   These persons shall be known as Greensburg Police Reserve Officers.
   (D)   Police reserves may not be members of the regular police department, but shall have all police powers as regular police officers, except that this authority may be limited by rules of the police department.
