There shall be established for the use of and the service rendered by the city the following rates and charges for copies of police reports:
(A) A sheet shall consist of the front and back of one page of paper.
(B) The charge will be the following for police reports:
(1) | Paper records (8-1/2 x 11, black and white) | $5.00 |
(2) | Photo reprints (digital, plain paper, color) | $5.00 |
(3) | Photos on CD (unlimited, up to CD capacity) | $5.00 |
(4) | Audio recording (provided on CD) | $10.00/CD |
(5) | Video recording (provided on DVD) | $150.00/DVD |
(C) Fee to be paid to the Clerk-Treasurer Office for deposit in a L.E.C.E. Fund.
(D) Fee to be paid when copy is made or as invoiced.
(E) Copies shall be made by authorized personnel only.
