By virtue of the authority vested in the Common Council by IC 36-4-6-5, the city is hereby divided into four councilmanic districts, which districts shall be and are described as follows:
(A) Greensburg First (North) Councilmanic District. That portion of the city herein described as follows: Starting at a point at the west end of the alley between West Walnut and West Hendricks Street to Anderson Street, including those homes on the north side of the alley. Then south on Anderson Street to Bennett Street, including all homes on the north side of Bennett Street. Then north on Ireland Street to Michigan Avenue, then southeast on Michigan to Central, then east on Central to an alley between Franklin Street and Broadway. Including homes on the north side of Michigan and Central. Then go north to Fifth Street including all the homes on the north side of Fifth Street, then east to North East Street including all homes on the west side of North East Street. Then north to Tenth Street, then west to Broadway, including all homes on the south side of Tenth Street. Then north on Broadway to the city limits including those homes on the west side of Broadway.
(B) Greensburg Second (East) Councilmanic District. Starting at a point at the end of East Central, all homes on the north side of Central to the alley between Franklin Street and Broadway, then north to Fifth Street, including all the homes on the south side of Fifth Street. Then east to North East Street, including all homes on the east side of North East Street. Then north to Tenth Street, then west to Broadway, including all homes on the North side of Tenth Street. Then north on Broadway to the city limits, including those homes on the east side of Broadway.
(C) Greensburg Third (West) Councilmanic District. Starting at a point at the west end of the alley between West Walnut and West Hendricks Street to Anderson Street, including those homes on the south side of the alley. Then south on Anderson Street to Bennett Street, including all homes on the south side of Bennett Street. Then north on Ireland Street to Michigan Avenue, then southeast on Michigan to Central then east on Central to an alley between Franklin Street and Broadway. Including those homes on the south side of Michigan and Central. Then go south to Main Street, then west on Main Street to Broadway. Then south on Broadway to the city limits, including those homes on the west side of Broadway.
(D) Greensburg Fourth (South) Councilmanic District. Starting at a point at the end of East Central, then west on Central Avenue to the alley between Franklin and Broadway. Including all homes on the south side of Central. Then go south to Main Street, then west on Main Street to Broadway. Then south on Broadway to the city limits, including those homes on the east side of Broadway.
