No license shall be issued for a vending machine which dispenses bulk food or beverages or otherwise is subject to the provisions of the Lake County Board of Health Ordinance, article XVI, as amended from time to time, relating to the regulation of food and beverage vending machines, unless the machine and the operator or owner shall have first complied in all respects with the provisions of said Board of Health Ordinance, including, but not limited to, obtaining all licenses, permits, and approvals required by the Lake County Board of Health to operate such vending machine. When making application for a license for such vending machines, the owner shall submit proof of compliance with the provisions of said Board of Health Ordinance. Failure to maintain such compliance, including, but not limited to, maintaining all licenses, permits and approvals required thereunder, shall be grounds for revocation of the license issued under this Chapter, as provided in Section 13-1-3-5 of this Chapter.
