13-1-2-8: CIGARETTE VENDING MACHINES:

Nothing in this Chapter shall in any way be construed to allow cigarette vending machines to be placed in violation of State or Federal tobacco rules. To this end, cigarette vending machines may only be placed in locations where persons under the age of eighteen (18) years are prohibited. (Ord. 97-08, 6-11-1997)
