13-1-2-6: EXCEPTION:
Notwithstanding the foregoing limitations provided in the Sections of 13-1-2 of this Chapter, the Village may grant a proprietary license, as provided in Section 13-1-3 of this Chapter, to authorize amusement devices exceeding the minimum square footage requirements and limitation on number of amusement devices.
