13-1-2-5: LIMITATION OF NUMBER OF AMUSEMENT DEVICES:
Not more than three (3) amusement devices shall be permitted on the premises or place of business in which such devices are to be located or placed unless a proprietary license has been granted. (Ord. 97-08, 6-11-1997)
