A. All licenses provided for herein, when issued, shall be evidenced by a fee emblem which shall be affixed prominently and conspicuously to each machine or device, or posted clearly in the premises where the machine is located.
B. Not more than one machine shall be operated under one license and the applicant or licensee shall be required to secure a license for each machine displayed or operated.
C. If the licensee shall move his place of business to another location within the village, the license may be transferred to such new location upon application to the village clerk, provided the new location shall be approved in the manner provided in this section 13-1-2. A license shall not be transferable from person to person, nor from machine to machine. (Ord. 97-08, 6-11-1997)
