Any person displaying for public patronage or keeping for operation any "vending machine", "jukebox", or "amusement device" as herein defined in section 13-1-1 of this chapter, shall be required to obtain a license from the village upon payment of a license fee. Application for such license shall be made to the village upon a form to be supplied by the village clerk for that purpose. (Ord. 97-08, 6-11-1997)
