2-3-7: ELECTRIC CONSUMPTION TAX ESTABLISHED:

Effective August 1, 2017, there is hereby established a method of imposing a local Municipal tax for the use of electricity within the Village of Green Oaks to be collected and administered upon the provisions which follow. (Ord. 2017-O-06, 5-24-2017)
