10-3-8: ADDITIONAL REGULATIONS:

Nothing in this title shall excuse or relieve the licensee of any place in the village where alcoholic liquor is sold from the restrictions and requirements of any other provisions of this title, or of the ordinances of the village or of the provisions of the statutes of the state of Illinois. (Ord. 89-O-10, 7-26-1989)
