10-3-7: MINORS:
   A.   Sales By Licensees To Minors And Certain Others: No licensee, or officer, associate, member, representative, agent or employee of a licensee, shall give or deliver alcoholic liquor to any person under twenty one (21) years of age, to any intoxicated persons, or to any person known to him to be a habitual drunkard.
   B.   Gifts Or Resales To Minors: No person, after purchasing or otherwise obtaining liquor shall sell, give, or deliver it to another person under twenty one (21) years of age except in the performance of a religious ceremony or service under the authority of an organized church.
   C.   Purchases By Minors: No person under twenty one (21) years of age shall purchase or attempt to purchase or accept a gift of alcoholic liquor or have alcoholic liquor in his or her possession.
   D.   Proof Of Age:
      1.   If a licensee or his agents or employees believe, from appearance or other circumstances, or has reason to believe, that a prospective recipient of alcoholic liquor is under twenty one (21) years of age, he shall, before making such sale or delivery, demand from that person positive identification providing proof of age issued by a public officer in the performance of his official duties.
      2.   No person under the age of twenty one (21) years shall purchase, obtain or attempt to purchase or obtain alcoholic liquor in any place in the village where alcoholic liquor is sold.
      3.   No person shall transfer, alter, or deface any identification card containing proof of age and issued by a public officer in the performance of his official duties, or use the identification card of another, or carry or use a false or forged identification card or obtain an identification card by means of false information.
      4.   No person under the age of twenty one (21) years shall by any means misrepresent his or her age for the purpose of purchasing or obtaining alcoholic liquor in any place in the village where alcoholic liquor is sold.
   E.   Responsibility Of Parent: No parent or guardian shall knowingly suffer or permit any child under twenty one (21) years of age of which he or she may be the parent or guardian to violate any provision or provisions of this title. (Ord. 89-O-10, 7-26-1989)
