10-1-5: PENALTY:
Any person violating any of the provisions of this title shall be fined not less than ten dollars ($10.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for each offense. A separate offense shall be held to have been committed each day such violation shall occur or continue. (Ord. 89-10, 7-26-1989; amd. Ord. 2001-O-05, 3-28-2001)
