9-6-5: AMENDMENTS:
Any person wishing to propose an amendment to this Title may submit his proposal to the Plan Commission. The Plan Commission may, without a public hearing, submit the proposed change or a modification thereof to the Village Board for appropriate action. (Ord. 90-03, 7-25-90)
