A. Building Permits: Building permits shall not be issued until the Zoning Officer has been notified by the Plat Officer that the final plat has been approved and recorded.
B. Public Utilities, Permits Required: Public utilities shall obtain permits from the Village Board for the installation of communication, electric power, gas or other utility services before any installation is started.
C. Certificates of Occupancy: Certificates of occupancy shall not be issued until the Zoning Officer has been notified by the Plat Officer that the required improvements have been completed and approved. (Ord. 90-03, 7-25-90)
