2-2-2-3: AMOUNT OF UNINSURED DEPOSITS:
The amount of all such deposits not collateralized or insured by an agency of the Federal government shall not exceed seventy five percent (75%) of the net worth of the Savings and Loan Association as defined by the Federal Savings and Loan Insurance Corporation. (Ord. 82-09, 9-22-82)
