The American Security Federal Savings and Loan Association shall furnish the Village with copies of the last two (2) sworn statements of resources and liabilities which it is required to furnish to the Commissioner of Savings and Loan Associations or the Federal Home Loan Bank. It shall, while acting as such depository, furnish the Village with a copy of all statements of resource and liabilities which it is required to furnish to the Commissioner of Savings and Loan Associations or the Federal Home Loan Bank.
