9-1-6-4: APPROVAL, RIGHT OF REFUSAL:
The number, size and location of dedications, reservations and easements shall be subject to approval and the Planning Commission shall ascertain that the proposed sites are suitable for the proposed uses. The corporate authorities retain the right to refuse any and all dedications. (Ord. 90-19, 11-28-90)
