A. Easements Shown: Areas to be shown as easements are as follows:
1. Public Utilities: Public utilities, storm water facilities, and installations shall be located on suitable easements as specified in this Title.
2. Planting Strips: Planting strips or other buffers, located between reverse frontage lots and a thoroughfare, or between incompatible uses, or wherever required. (Ord. 90-03, 7-25-90)
3. Private Roads: As existing upon annexation, or within nonresidential subdivisions or developments when permitted by Village Board action as provided in subsection 9-3-2J of this Title. (Ord. 92-01, 1-29-92)
4. Scenic Corridor Easement: The scenic corridor easement shall be depicted on the face of the plat of subdivision.
5. Conservancy District Area: The conservancy district area shall similarly be depicted on the face of the plat of subdivision.
B. Identification of Easements: Easements shall be clearly identified on all plats; e.g., "Drainage Easement", "Utility Easement", etc.
C. Description of Purpose: Whenever an easement for planting strip, scenic corridor or conservancy district is set forth, the plat shall contain or have attached thereto, a complete description of the purpose of the easement; the manner in which it is to be maintained and the responsibilities of the owner in reference thereto.
