7-7-7: VILLAGE CONTROL OF UTILITIES:

Notwithstanding anything in this chapter to the contrary, the village shall have sole ownership and control of all and any portions of the sewer systems or other utilities which are constructed pursuant to any recapture agreement. (Ord. 85-05, 9-25-1985)
