7-7-6: COLLECTION OF FUNDS:

Whenever any funds are collected by the village collector as provided in any recapture agreement list, within thirty (30) days thereafter the funds shall be forwarded to the developer, after deducting therefrom any funds which might then be due or owing from the developer to the village. (Ord. 85-05, 9-25-1985)
