A temporary occupancy permit may be issued for a building or portion thereof if the code official determines that the building or portion thereof complies with the requirements for temporary occupancy as set forth in the one and two family dwelling code, as adopted by the village and amended from time to time, and applicant for such temporary occupancy permit satisfies all of the bonding requirements for such temporary occupancy.
