A. All applications for permits shall be made to the building commissioner.
B. Building permit applications, signed by the owner or authorized agent, shall be in writing on forms provided by building commissioner and shall require the notarized signature of the owner of the premises affected and the notarized signature of the architect or contractor in charge of the operations, if one is employed. All plans for commercial, institutional and industrial buildings shall require the seal of an architect or engineer. (Ord. 60-09, 5-12-1960; amd. 1988 Code)
C. Permit applications may be amended during the course of the work.
D. Alterations and additions after completion require another permit. (Ord. 60-09, 5-2-1960)
