7-2-9: ICC NATIONAL PROPERTY MAINTENANCE CODE:

Effective upon the passage and publication in pamphlet form of the ordinance codified herein, the International Code Council (ICC) National Property Maintenance Code, 2021 Edition, be and is hereby adopted by reference in the village. (Ord. 94-04, 4-27-1994; amd. Ord. 2022-O-19, 9-18-2022)
