A. Rules And Regulations Adopted: The rules and regulations contained in the pamphlet entitled "Lake County board of health ordinance article V, regulation of individual sewage disposal systems and registration of private sewage disposal system contractors", printed by and available from the Lake County health department, 3010 Grand Avenue, Waukegan, IL 60085, are hereby adopted and made a part of this title as the rules and regulations governing the construction, installation, alteration or repair of septic tanks, sink drains, grease traps or sewage disposal systems in the village. It shall be unlawful for any person to construct, install, alter or repair, or cause to be constructed, installed, altered, or repaired, any septic tank, sink drain, grease trap or sewage disposal system in the village in violation of or without complying with those rules and regulations. At least three (3) copies of said pamphlet have been filed in the office of the village clerk for use and examination by the public at least thirty (30) days prior to the effective date hereof.
B. Privies Prohibited: Privies of whatever kind are prohibited. (Ord. 60-09, 5-12-1960; amd. Ord. 78-07, 5-24-1978)
