7-1-7: SEDIMENT AND EROSION CONTROL:
Prior to the issuance of a certificate of compliance or a final occupancy permit for any new construction, all exposed earth shall be final graded. Accumulated sediment resulting from said construction shall be removed from all drainageways, and permanent protective vegetative cover shall be established by either seeding grass or by laying sod. (Ord. 79-04, 7-25-1979)
