A. Definition: A "nonconforming building" or "structure" is an existing building or structure or part or appurtenance thereof not in conformance with this title.
B. Requirements To Repair: Repair work requires a written application and permit and work is limited to necessary repairs only unless the building or part is made to conform in whole or part with the requirements of this title.
C. Alterations: Altering or enlarging shall be done in a manner conforming with this title. (Ord. 60-09, 5-12-1960)
