It shall be unlawful for any person to trespass or poach for any reason or purpose upon any private property located in the village without first securing the consent of the owner of said property or the consent of a duly authorized agent of said owner. Any person violating this section shall be fined not less than twenty five dollars ($25.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for each offense. (Ord. 76-05, 9-22-1976; amd.
