A. No person shall discharge any smoothbore firearm, rifle or handgun within the Village limits, except as provided in Section 4-1-1-5 of this Chapter, unless lawfully authorized to bear arms in the discharge of his duties.
B. No person shall kill or wound or attempt to kill or wound within the Village limits, any bird or animal by the use of any smoothbore or rifled weapon be it powered by gunpowder, compressed air, gas or spring or by use of a bow and arrows, slingshot or similar weapon or device.
