A. Compliance with Laws, Rules and Regulations: While this Chapter remains in effect, the Licensee shall promptly and fully comply with all applicable statutes, ordinances, judgments, decrees, orders, rules and regulations of any competent authority other than the Village having jurisdiction over the Licensee's activities.
B. Compliance with Municipal Ordinances, Rules and Regulations: While this Chapter remains in effect, the Licensee shall promptly and fully comply with all applicable orders, rules, regulations and ordinances of the Village.
C. Violation of Laws, Rules and Regulations: Any claim by the Village that the Licensee has violated any provision of this Section, shall be subject to the procedures set forth in Section 3-1-11 of this Chapter. (Ord. 92-26, 11-18-92)
