2-3-8: MUNICIPAL CANNABIS RETAILERS’ OCCUPATION TAX:

Effective January 1, 2022, there is hereby established a method of imposing a local municipal tax for the retail sale of cannabis and cannabis-containing products within the Village of Green Oaks to be collected and administered upon the provisions which follow. (Ord. 2021-O-16, 10-27-2021)
