1-4-1: GENERAL PENALTY:
Any person convicted of a violation of any section or provision of this Code, where no other penalty is set forth, shall be punished by a fine not to exceed seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for any offense 1 . (Ord. 97-03, 3-26-1997)
